On the porch a black cat bristles on the sign “Biassanot”, which in dialect stands for “clubbers”. Upon entering the room, crowded, the text of the homonymous song by Dino Sarti appears among other hanging objects to the walls. Three rooms in rustic style, terracotta floors and dark wood ceiling. The clientele is made up of Bologna but also many foreigners, who have known the restaurant on several occasions of the fairs that take place in Bologna and who for years book from abroad.
The restaurant is intimate and cozy with a summer terrace.

Under the typical Bolognese cuisine, the first traditional classics such as lasagne, tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, all made by hand .. pulled a rolling pin. For the latter, the choice is very diverse; excellent meats cooked on the grill with a grill and charcoal, superb T-bone steaks, excellent fillets and tasty vegetables. All desserts are homemade, as well as ice cream. There is also a well-stocked wine cellar, especially of regional wines. Each dish is studied in detail and the customer minimum is served in the best way.
The round closing day is Sunday but at the fairs is not observed.
